When ordering custom products we ask that you read and understand all of the information on this page before ordering.
How to Custom Order
To order any custom items please call us at the phone number provided below.
GETTING STARTED
Before we get started on any artwork for custom orders we require a deposit.
For Custom Crew Shirts we require a $100 USD deposit, which covers your art fee.
For Custom Suits we require a $200 deposit towards the final price of the suit (this is not an art fee).
ARTWORK
After consultation on the design work for your order, our artists get to work on a proof of your item(s). We then email you the proof within 1-3 business days. You tell us what changes you'd like to see (if any), we make the changes, and send you back a proof. This process continues until you are completely happy with the design.
Please note that your order will not be processed until artwork is approved.
PRODUCTION
Once art is approved, we move into production. Estimated production time is 3-7 weeks for any custom item. Production time depends on the amount of items we already have in production.

Artwork Design
Not an artist? Do you have an idea and want to see it put on paper? Let our artists design your custom product. We will then deliver your design electronically for your review. The one time art fee ($100 USD) includes minor revisions to dial in the exact look you desire.
For Custom Suit design we need logos in any raster format or better. Photos of logos or business cards will NOT work, nor be accepted.
We prefer not to use logos that are already digitalized. We will digitalize all the logos provided to avoid any possible problems.
For Custom Crew Shirt design we need nothing less than vector format logos. Anything less than a vector format file will result in poor print quality. If you have questions if your file is good enough email your files to info@radicalracegear.com.

Returns & Exchanges
There are NO returns or exchanges on custom or clearance products.
To return or exchange an item, you must call us at 614-315-2013 to receive a Return Authorization. All returns without a Return Authorization will be refused. When you call, we will give you further instructions on how to return your item. All returned items must be returned in their original packaging and in original, unused and resalable condition.
Items returned 30 days from receipt of merchandise will receive 100% money back. After 30 days, items that are returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. After 90 days, returns will be refused and Return Authorizations will not be given.
Exchanges will be given for "like-items" only. An example of a like-item exchange would be an exchange for the same product in a different size or color.
CUSTOMER MUST PAY FOR SHIPPING ON RETURNS. NO POSTAGE DUE RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND NO CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED FOR SHIPPING CHARGES. REFUSED SHIPMENTS WILL ALSO BE CHARGED 15% RESTOCKING FEE AND WILL BE CREDITED LESS SHIPPING FEES.
